Vacuum Cylinders

Developed specifically for high speed, high accuracy pick and place applications and as such is perfect for sheet feeders and the similar applications in the Graphics Industry.
Operating Principle: The cylinders work under vacuum. Vacuum is introduced in the front chamber which causes the piston to be thrust forward by the higher atmospheric pressure behind the cylinder overcoming the spring force in the front chamber. As soon as the vacuum cup is sealed against the paper it retracts immediately. There is no height calibration required for this operation. Perfect for sheet feeders. The total cycle time for pick up and release is less than 0.3 seconds.
Manufactured in anodized aluminum in three sizes with a pick up force up to 2.5kg (5.5lbs) at a vacuum level of 24"Hg (-80KPa)
